Terms of Service

Availability and Priority:

  • 5-7 personal commissions at a time; no waiting list available (for now).

  • Commercial commissions take priority; please send a separate inquiry.

Yes/No's:

  • I can accept: fan art, original characters, kemonomimi, situations with wounds or blood*, or suggestive poses/situations* as necessary.
    *Please check my gallery on pixiv or Twitter to have a general idea of these.

  • I do not accept: NSFW/R18/R-18G, characters with more than 80% animalistic features, mecha/machines, heavy armory, (overly) muscular characters, elderly characters, real people (not limited to pictures or photos).

Pricing:

  • Rates are in USD (United States dollar).

  • Base fee covers 1 character; maximum of 3 characters on a single canvas.

  • Additional characters: 100% of the base fee per character.

  • Additional charges of 10-30% of the base fee may incur for: 1) characters with detailed armor, clothes, and/or weapons, 2) detailed lighting and properties.

  • Fully rendered backgrounds: only accepted for commercial commissions.

  • White, simple, or transparent backgrounds: free of charge.

The Client:

  • Must provide clear descriptions/image references for the requested character.
    *Additional fees are required for character or clothes design.

  • May request up to 1 work-in-progress shot after the initial sketch(es).

  • May request up to 2 minor revisions: 1 during sketching, 1 for minor details during the final check.

  • May upload the finished piece to their social media with watermark.

  • Is prohibited from editing, minting, reselling, auctioning, or claiming the finished piece as their own.

  • Is prohibited from feeding the sketch(es) or completed piece(s) to any sort of machine learning datasets.

  • Reserves the right to request a partial refund, depending on commission progress.

  • Reserves the right to request a full refund after 3 months of waiting, regardless of progress.

The Artist:

  • Reserves the right of using the finished piece as a portfolio on the artist’s website and/or social media(s), unless explicitly requested not to by the client (there is a separate fee for private commissions).

  • Reserves the right to reject a commission request if considered unable to fulfill the client’s standards.

  • Reserves the right to request additional fees when: 1) more than 2 revisions are needed, 2) a major revision is asked after final delivery.

  • Reserves the right of cancelling and refunding a commission request fully under special circumstances.

  • Reserves the right of rejecting a refund if the piece is fully finished.

Communication and Updates:

  • Updates provided during sketch, lineart, and coloring.

  • Finished commission delivered in 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on schedule, details, and queue.

Payment:

  • Payment is done in full and in advance; via PayPal or Wise (or alternatively, local bank transfer for those residing in Indonesia).

  • Refund policy is as described above.

  • Work will commence once payment is made.

  • When payment is confirmed, the artist will assume you have read the Terms of Services.

When will your next batch be available?
I always try to open my commissions monthly! The announcements will be on Twitter.How is your commission workflow?
1. Fill in the order form with your references and request.
2. Upon acceptance, a confirmation email with the total price will be sent.
3. An invoice will be sent to your email after confirmation. Payment is due within a week.
4. After payment, initial sketch(es) will be provided for you. One revision is allowed at this stage.
5. Progressing to lineart and coloring.
6. Final check stage allows one revision for minor parts. Additional or major revisions will incur charges.
7. Completion of the piece and delivery to your email!What do I do if my form does not get accepted?
I can only accept 5-7 commissions at a time.
If your form is not accepted, please try again next time!Is it alright to apply again if my form was (or was not) accepted before?
Yes, of course! You are welcome to apply again.I need more than one commission/I have several ideas for my scenario. Should I send another form for it?
You can submit multiple forms for different commissions or ideas.
In general, I would suggest to try to keep them simple (no wall of texts, please!). Overly complicated forms may not get accepted.If I am an independent VTuber, does my commission count as commercial?
It depends. Layer splicing, which is commonly requested, is only available for commercial commissions.
If required, independent VTubers may opt for a commercial slot which has a higher base fee than personal commissions.
As my schedule for commercial works are kept separate from my personal ones, you are welcome to send me an inquiry anytime to my email, and my manager may respond to you on my behalf.Are you available for Live2D commissions?
I have never created a Live2D model before, but if you're willing to guide me through the process, then I'd be happy to!I swear I've seen your ToS and FAQ somewhere...
